My account is blocked. What should I do?
There are various reasons why your account may be blocked, but in some circumstances you can resolve this issue yourself.
If you've blocked your account due to entering your password incorrectly this should just be a temporary block that we can enable for you by contacting support.
To do so email or chat with us providing the below information and we will be able to enable this for you:
• Your Username
• Your Full Name
• Your Date Of Birth
• Your Registered Email Address
We will then enable your account for you to allow you to change your password which you can then do by clicking the “Forgotten Password” button in the login box and following the instructions for resetting your password.
