How do I verify my account?

Firstly upon registration you will receive an email from us with verification link. You need to click on this link to verify your email address. 

In some cases to provide our customers with maximum transaction security, we may ask for documents such as: 

Proof of Identity – take a photo (front and back) of your Government issued ID card, Passport or Driver’s license. Please make sure that all 4 corners of the document are visible and it is a clear copy.

Proof of Address – take a photo of your bank statement, recent utility bill, electric bill, telephone bill. Your full name, company name and a date must be clearly visible and the document must be less than 3 months old. Please make sure that all 4 corners of the document are visible and it is a clear copy.

You can upload the following documents via our website or you can send documents to our email address. Documents will be checked due office hours 9:00-18:00. Once your documents have been checked you will be contacted via email.
